Cardiovascular

Personal or family history of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or other psychotic disorders. The sensitization mechanism documented by Fuse-Nagase & Nishikawa (2013) indicates that prior 5-MeO-DiPT exposure may lower the threshold for drug-induced psychosis from subsequent psychoactive exposures.
