Informational purpose

Psychedex provides information for harm reduction and educational purposes only. Content on this site does not constitute medical advice, legal advice, or encouragement to use any substance. Consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.

The Psychedex app

The Psychedex app is being rebuilt: it will need no account, and the app itself will send none of your record anywhere.

User responsibilities

–You are responsible for verifying information against multiple sources before acting on it

–Contributions must be accurate, cited, and comply with community guidelines

–No posting of sourcing information, vendor links, or market discussions

–No impersonation of medical professionals or researchers

–You must be 18 years or older to create an account

Content licensing

User-contributed content is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). By submitting content, you grant Psychedex a non-exclusive license to display, modify, and distribute your contributions under this license. Attribution is required; share-alike is not.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Content Policy — for example, posting sourcing information or deliberately inaccurate safety data. You may stop using Psychedex at any time and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

Psychedex is provided "as is" without warranty. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is complete or current. Users assume all risk associated with decisions made based on information found on this site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Psychedex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Psychedex harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Copyright

If you believe content on Psychedex infringes your copyright, send a notice of claimed infringement to contact@psychedex.org. We remove infringing material and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Psychedex after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the site.
