The acute cardiovascular stress produced by 2-FDCK is contraindicated in individuals with coronary artery disease due to increased risk of ischemic events.

Individuals with COPD, sleep apnea, or respiratory muscle weakness face elevated risk. All documented fatalities involved respiratory depression.

Convulsions were observed in 25% of the largest clinical series. Individuals with epilepsy or lowered seizure threshold may face elevated risk.

2-FDCK produces documented psychotomimetic effects. Individuals with a personal or family history of psychotic disorders face elevated risk.

Individuals with pre-existing lower urinary tract symptoms or other urological conditions should avoid chronic 2-FDCK use. Risk inferred from ketamine bladder toxicity literature.

No safety data exist for 2-FDCK in pregnancy or lactation. Absolute contraindication in the absence of safety data.

Concurrent use of alcohol, GHB/GBL, opioids, benzodiazepines, or other CNS depressants is absolutely contraindicated. All documented fatalities have involved polydrug contexts.
