what it does

Sentinel will aggregate drug safety signals from checking services, public health agencies, and community reports into a single real-time feed. When a contaminated batch appears in a region, Sentinel is designed to surface it as a geo-tagged alert within hours of a source reporting it.

The goal is simple: actionable alerts reaching at-risk populations before harm occurs.

None of these paths answer today — no Sentinel route exists. They are a sketch of the intended shape, not a reference. The endpoints that are live are listed on the API reference.

status

Sentinel is in early development: no code, no data feed, no alerts. What exists is the scope on this page. The data sources listed above are the ones we intend to approach, not ones that are supplying data today — an alert layer is only worth shipping once the feeds behind it are real, and telling you a batch is clean when we have no signal would be worse than saying nothing.

Until then, the live surfaces to use are the harm reduction tools and, for anything urgent, the emergency page.
