Tolerance Recovery Calculator
Estimate how much of your tolerance has reset since you last used a substance, and roughly when it fully resets. The point isn't to time your next use — it's to show that after a break, the dose that suited your old tolerance can be too strong.
Select a substance to estimate tolerance recovery.
important notes
This is an estimate from typical full-reset windows. Real recovery varies with how often and how long you used, dose, and individual physiology — treat it as a guide, not a schedule.
Lower tolerance is dangerous if you return to a previous dose. After any break, restart low and work up. With opioids and other depressants, lost tolerance is a leading cause of fatal overdose.
Cross-tolerance matters: using a related substance during your break keeps tolerance elevated and slows the reset shown here.
